Payment terms and appointment cancellation/appointment change policy

If an initial appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the entire initial consultation fee will be charged.
All medicines must be paid for in full, prior to posting.
If an appointment time needs amending, please try to allow 48 hours notice where possible.
These payment terms and cancellation policy are in place, to ensure that those awaiting an appointment can be seen sooner if an appointment becomes available, as well as respecting my professional time.
